Our partnership announcement

At the offices of Hoffman & Keating, the practice of Elder Law entails assisting clients with all legal issues arising from aging, disability, diminished mental capacity, serious illness and death.  We also provide legal services for related matters, such as real estate closings, preparation of agreements among family members, and assistance with change of beneficiary forms.  We are always available to work as a team with other professionals retained by you, such as accountants, financial advisors, insurance agents and attorneys representing you with respect to other matters.

We are available to assist out-of-state clients in settling estates and representing parties in a guardianship proceedings in New York.

Most of our clients are in Rockland, Westchester, Orange and Putnam Counties in New York, or in New York City.  Our home office is in New City, New York and we maintain a satellite office in White Plains, New York.  We are also available to consult with you in your home, your office, or at the office of another professional with whom you are working.  We provide personal service and counseling to you and your family—we respect that your situation is unique and that usually there is an ill or disabled family member about whom you are concerned.
